    Trademark Monitoring: Google Adwords – Friend or Foe?

    Monitoring trademarks including learning whether competitors are purchasing your trademarks as AdWords. A recent ruling from the Second Circuit may breathe new life into the ongoing efforts of trademark owners to prevent the auction of trademarks to competitors by Google. The practice drives up the prices rightful owners pay to use their own trademarks since they are bidding against third parties.
