Attorney Cheryl Hodgson has more than 25 years of experience in the filing and prosecution of federal and state trademark and service mark applications. She has been lead trademark counsel in a number of significant trademark litigation matters in federal court as well as contested proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office in Washington, D.C.
Ms. Hodgson began her career as a talent agent. She was an artist manager and administered music publishing for Bill Graham Presents. Cheryl Hodgson has recovered masters for recording artists such as The Kingsmen, and battled some giant companies along the way. Her years of entertainment experience, both legal and practical, gives her entertainment law clients a distinct advantage during negotiations, whether it is a transaction, or a bottom-line approach to dispute resolution.
