Welcome to the Hodgson Law Group Blog, which we trust will become your trusted advisor to help build and protect the most important asset of your business-it’s good will, as well as valuable expressions of creative ideas. After years as a lawyer in the field trademarks, copyrights and entertainment, I am more convinced than ever one of the most important tasks which lies ahead is to not only advise and protect, but to educate and inform others about areas of business about which they do not know. In my own experiences, I have learned through the school of hard knocks that the greatest plans are not usually derailed by those things one has considered in advance-it’s usually the things we have not considered at all! Simply put, “we don’t know what it is we don’t yet know.”
The internet has changed all of our lives, and continues to do so daily. Just keeping up with those changes, and the wealth of information is sometimes daunting, but exciting at the same time. We hope you enjoy our information, and will feel free to pass it along to others who may find it useful or enjoyable.
